Valentine's Day Weddings in the Davenport House Museum Garden

Make this an unforgettable Valentine's Day with a wedding in the Davenport House Museum garden!

The Davenport House Museum, an award-winning property owned and operated by Historic Savannah Foundation, is delighted to continue its annual tradition of hosting micro-weddings, vow renewals and commitment ceremonies in the garden on Valentine’s Day. This marks the 18th year the Davenport House Museum will offer couples a convenient and budget-friendly way to say “I do” in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District on the most romantic day of the year. For a $100 donation, couples can reserve the Davenport House’s intimate garden space for a brief ceremony.

Every 15 minutes, ordained minister and Davenport House Museum Senior Program Manager Kristin Mikles will conduct micro-weddings, vow renewals and commitment ceremonies. Couples are welcome to bring up to eight guests and are required to secure a valid marriage license in advance. In the event of rain, ceremonies will be performed at a suitable alternate location on property.

Couples interested in participating are encouraged to visit davenporthousemuseum.org to schedule a time in advance.
