The Forsyth Farmers’ Market, through a special partnership with Oldways, will continue to offer free “A Taste of African Heritage” cooking classes. These immersive, hands-on cooking classes are designed to celebrate the rich heritage of African cuisine and to promote health-conscious dishes that are deeply rooted in tradition. Attendees will engage in discussions about the cultural significance of the ingredients, learn culinary techniques, and take the time to eat, share, and reflect. “A Taste of African Heritage” cooking classes are free and open to the public.
