Internal Medicine of Savannah Announces Second Pooler Clinic
𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐡 has announced the construction of a second clinic location in Pooler, reflecting continued growth and a deep commitment to serving the region’s expanding population with high-quality, patient-centered care.
Founded more than 13 years ago by Dr. Yulianty Kusuma, IMoS has built a strong reputation for compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-based medicine. The practice has received multiple “Best of Savannah” honors and patient survey awards recognizing excellence across physicians, clinical staff, and overall care.
In 2024, IMoS opened a satellite clinic on Canal Street in Pooler in collaboration with Savannah Acupuncture. The location quickly reached capacity, highlighting strong community demand. In 2025, the practice was further recognized by Pooler Magazine with awards for Best Primary Care and Best Nurse.
The new facility will be located near Highway 80 and Interstate 95, supporting improved patient access while aligning with the City of Pooler’s long-term growth plans. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with completion anticipated by early 2027. The expansion has received full support from city leadership.
“This new facility represents our continued investment in the health of this community,” said Dr. Kusuma. “As Pooler grows, we are committed to growing alongside it.”
IMoS also welcomes Dr. Roberto Romero, who joined the practice in January 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience and a patient-focused approach to care.
