Full Bloom Salon & Dry Bar

Full Bloom Salon & Dry Bar

Full Bloom Salon & Dry Bar is an eco-luxe salon built on sustainability and elevated service. They are a community space, filled with passionate and evolving visionaries specializing in all thing’s hair and cosmetic beauty. Salon owner Hannah Sikes and her team of eight stylists offer salon services such as cut, color, blowouts and extensions as well as the dry bar wash, blowout and style.

As a full-service beauty destination, they do make up, brow waxing, smoothing services, weddings and other special events. Fun fact—they do the hair for Savannah’s hockey team the Ghost Pirates!

Social media outlets such as Instagram and Tik Tok definitely influence beauty trends, says Hannah: “Currently blondes are a trend. In fact, all colors and shades of brunettes, redheads or blondes, are very popular.”

Full Bloom & Dry Bar specializes in rich blonde colors and lush extensions for today’s long hair styles, keeping their clients in style and on point. Hannah says, “As our name reflects, our salon has grown and matured into a full-service, luxury beauty destination for our clients.”

Salon Owner

For Hannah, becoming a business owner was not the plan. “I didn’t think I would make a career in the beauty business. I started out with an attitude of ‘I’ll try it and figure it out as I go along,’” says Hannah, who was working at Hustle & Blow Dry Bar in Savannah when the salon owner offered to sell her the business. “I was 20 years old and scared to death. I never imagined myself as a salon owner.”

But she took the leap and in November 2019, Hannah became the new owner of Hustle & Blow Dry Bar. She found that she liked being a business owner, “I enjoy being a leader, especially instructing and leading my team. That’s become very important to me.”

She enhanced and expanded the services at the Savannah salon but ultimately decided to change the location. In June 2022 she moved the salon to the Pooler location. “After moving we rebranded the salon and we have exceeded our expectations,” she says. “Being in Pooler has been great!”

Hometown Love

Hannah and her husband Dalton, who works at Gulfstream, married in October of 2022 and make their home in Springfield, GA, where Hannah was born and raised. For fun, “We are both very family orientated so we hang out with our families a lot.” Moving the salon from Savannah to Pooler has worked out wonderfully: “It’s important to me to be here,” says Hannah. “My clients are people I have known forever and I love being close to my hometown and family. This is my community.”

As to the future, Hannah says Pooler’s explosive growth has been beneficial for her business. “I didn’t think we would grow so quickly and with all the potential here I see us in a bigger space in five years.”

But for now, she and her team are happy to be in their lovely light filled salon, making their clients look and feel beautiful every day.
