Brave Salon

If you want to look and feel your best, consider booking an appointment at Brave Salon. When you walk into the Aveda-product salon you immediately notice the chic coffee bar just in front of the color mixing bar. Owner and hairstylist, Leslie Gideon, opened the trendy-mixed-with-vintage style salon in early February to fill a need for more natural hair care options in West Chatham. “The reason I opened up an Aveda salon is because of the quality of the product. I think people need to be more aware of what they are putting in and on their bodies. Aveda products are all-natural and organic,” says Leslie. Along with being environmentally responsible, stylists are experienced in a variety of techniques. More importantly, they provide personalized customer service. “Part of being a great stylist isn’t just based on what you do; it’s about listening to your clients. We always try to do what the customer wants, but we will also try to steer them in the right direction,” adds Leslie. Relaxing scalp and neck massages come with every shampoo. With the holidays quickly approaching, consider giving a unique gift this year. Brave Salon is offering festive holiday packages that include hair products, blow dryers and straighteners. In addition to hair products, the salon carries full skincare and body care lines as well as candles and essential oils. Gift cards are also available. Brave Salon offers services for men, women, and children. Local first responders receive a 15% discount.
