He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Eerie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania and completed his residency at the North Broward Hospital District/NSUCOM Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Richard R. Hightower, Jr. is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia and completed his residency at the Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. Dr. Leslie Sizemore is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Xavier University School of Medicine, Oranjestad, Aruba and completed her residency in Family Medicine at University Hospital and Clinics, Lafayette, Louisiana. Dr. Russell L. Sliker is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and completed his residency at the Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. Dr. Michelle L. Wilson is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia.

Dawn Mace, BSN, FNP-C is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and earned her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner Program degree from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts.
