Primavera Farmsgiving: A Taste of Latin Cuisine

Join the Forsyth Farmers' Market for a delicious Farmsgiving dinner featuring traditional Latin American dishes!

The Forsyth Farmers’ Market will host a special Farmsgiving dinner focused on the history and flavors of Latin American cuisine, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy authentic Latin food while supporting Forsyth Farmers’ Market programs and local farmers. This family-friendly event is open to the public.

Forsyth Farmers’ Market’s Bilingual Outreach Specialist Guadalupe “Rosie” Harrison will take guests on a culinary journey with tantalizing dishes steeped in tradition and rooted in sustainable, local farming practices. All Farmsgiving proceeds benefit Forsyth Farmers’ Market programs designed to support local farmers and to expand access to healthy, nutrient-dense food throughout the Savannah community.

Menu highlights include cold strawberry gazpacho, Swiss chard salad, chicken or fish with chimichurri sauce, spinach-cheese pupusas, Cuban black beans, Mexican rice, roasted garlic broccoli and Mexican flan.

Due to limited seating, tickets are required to attend. Tickets are $100 for adults, $50 for youth ages 6 to 12 years old and free for children 5 and under. To purchase tickets, please visit forsythfarmersmarket.com.
